This jar is dates from the 70’s to the 80’s and is 7” tall, 5” in diameter with the lid recessed to promote air tightness. Princess House glassware is known for its high quality and is made in the United States. The pattern has a prismatic sparkling causing the jar to really shine with the light. This jar and its lid are made of high quality glass. The lid rings are high pitched like other crystal glass when tapped. On the other hand, the jar without the lid does not exhibit the same high pitched ring when tapped as one would expect, due to its heavy weight 3 lbs. for its size.
