1922 Remington Portable #1 in overall good condition. Been boxed and untouched for some 40 years. Taken out and given a clean & oil. All keys functional. Case is a little rough and the leather handle has a rotted section.

Empire Model 1 from c1912. SN is 50499 . Unusual item – Unlike traditional typewriters where typebars strike upward (basket style), Empire typebars were arranged in a horizontal fan and slid forward to strike the platen directly.
Been untouched for some 40 years. Taken out and given a clean & oil. All keys functional. No case.
