Hello – I have a few items that are being removed from a Brookside home built in 1914. My prices are completely negotiable (seriously!) – I’m just kind of going off of a price range from Ebay. I’m not educated in procuring/selling these types of things….and my primary concern is just selling them for a fair price to someone who will appreciate them!

I’ve attached pictures of:

– original fireplace surround with mirror, approx. 8ft H x 5ft W; asking $700
-stair newel post, approx 4ft tall; asking $200
-solid wood bifold doors (56in wide) and matching double doors (3ft wide); asking $300
