The items are upholstered in a rich, brown leather. The only noticeable “marks” are on the rear of the sofa – where it sat against a sofa table. Otherwise, all signs of wear just honestly add to the aging and character of the leather. I would prefer to sell all three items together … but would split the sofa and chair + ottoman if needed (the latter two must stay as a pair). I’m currently asking $2K for the bundle of the three … but totally up to negotiate as I know you need to leave room for a profit as well. All three were purchased as a set in 2014 in Atlanta for nearly $9K. To me, they were better in comparison to the “big names” like Pottery Barn and such. I have been their only owner and live in a smoke-free home with no shedding pets. They are currently housed in my apartment in Berkley Riverfront Park. I am happy to answer questions or provide additional details/photos. We can also arrange a time for you to visit the apartment and see the items in person. Also, items are located on ground floor of apartment complex and literally just a few feet away from the loading dock … so, easy pick-up, too!
