The chair is in very good used condition. I have done some touch up of caning damage on the left side (sitting). The fabric is very clean and no rips or damage. The cushion is firm and comfortable with lots of life in it. The chair and especially the thick fabric is probably more impressive in person than shows in pics. Springs have been visually inspected and are in great shape. 49in tall, 26.5in wide at front of seat, 24in deep seat.
