#345 Lonnie & Donna
Booth Location: First Floor, across the aisle from the back East Corner
How long have you been a vendor at RMA? Since 2001
Do you specialize or consider yourself an expert in anything? We specialize in the odd and unusual and love to find unique cameras, old religious items, vintage cheesecake, antique christmas decorations, telephones, barware, clothing and costume jewelry.
What got you into the business? When Lonnie was a teenager in the 1950’s, he loved going to auctions in the Missouri Ozarks where he grew up. When his daughter Donna was old enough to walk they frequented every flea market and junk shop in town together. The treasure piles grew and grew until they decided it was time to open their own antique booth.
What is your “other” occupation? Lonnie is a retired electrical engineer, Donna is an anthropologist and owns Donna’s Dress Shop, a vintage and new clothing shop on 39th street.
Other than antiques, what other hobbies or interests do you have?
Is there anything else other than antiques was their answer..
