David’s favorite things are from the 1930’s through the 1960’s. “I like products that have clean lines and a modern look”. ” I don’t consider myself an expert in any particular merchandise.
He started buying at second hand stores when young because “I couldn’t afford new things”. He grew to appreciate the quality and design so started collecting and his collections grew to a point that he decided he better start selling to make room for living.
David’s other occupation is program manager at Butler Manufacturing.
Hobbies and interests outside of antiques is music, old movies and architecture
Andrew Turner joined River Market Antiques in December 2014.
You can visit his booth on the 3rd floor by making a left off the steps and then the first space on your right.
He has a wide range of knowledge in collectibles but especially about US Army WWII items and militaria.
Getting into the business was easy, he has always had an interest in collecting with an appreciation of items overlooked by others

When he has the time, he enjoys Royals Baseball, camping, backpacking and spending time with friends and family.
Tim & Leesa Brown became members of River Market Antiques on January 1, 2015.
They can be found on the 3rd floor, East Aisle past the Elevator on your Right.
They specialize in Furniture of all types and makers.
The love of old things and the belief that we must recycle everything brought them here.
Tim works for Harley Davidson and Leesa is a preschool teacher when not out searching for discards to recycle.
They are Kansas City Royals Season Ticket holders and love to take road trips to watch baseball with camping along the way.
